Software Requirements
Operating system

Doc@Hand server can operate with one of the following operation systems:

  • Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
  • Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
  • Windows XP Service Pack 2
Web Server

Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 or a newer version.
SQL Server

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 is used as a working server.

For studying purposes Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with installed Advanced Services Service Pack 2 can be used.
.NET Framework

Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.x.
Bear in mind that .NET Framework must be installed after IIS was installed.

In order to install or activate Doc@Hand server Internet connection is required

Doc@Hand Client

Client can be installed on any computer with Microsoft Windows operating system and .NET Framework version 2.x.
